Choose the effect you want to protect
Identify the element you would keep if the design had to become simpler. That might be a photo backdrop, a statement entrance or a personalised sign. Put that priority in your inquiry so a proposed revision can preserve the part that matters most.
Then distinguish essentials from optional additions. A shorter, focused brief can be more useful than a list in which every item appears equally important. You can still share a larger inspiration image while explaining which features are flexible.
Read the estimate as a defined selection
The package builder calculates selected items and quantities in Canadian dollars. Review each item’s description as well as its number. A total alone does not explain the size, style or additions you have selected.
The site’s estimate notice states that the amount is subject to confirmation, is not a final quote or charge, and excludes taxes and custom-quote amounts. Keep that distinction when comparing ideas. An item marked for a custom quote has an unresolved cost; it should not be treated as free because it lacks a fixed amount.
Ask about the complete event scope
Provide the address, access window and venue requirements so the studio can review the practical work alongside the design. Displayed prices include standard installation and local delivery where applicable. Extended travel, complex installations, specialised equipment or demanding venue requirements may involve additional charges. Ask the proposal to confirm what applies to your event and how removal or collection will be handled.
For extensive branding or a design outside the available choices, describe the concept rather than forcing it into the nearest preset. The custom event decor and guidance options give you a way to start that conversation.
Keep offers separate from confirmed totals
If you have earned the A&A10 welcome code, it can be included in your inquiry for 10% off your first order. The inquiry shows the applied code; the package estimate is not automatically rewritten as a final discounted price. Ask the studio to confirm the offer and final proposal together.
Before making a booking decision, review the actual proposal, included items, timing and terms supplied by the studio. Sending the website inquiry does not itself confirm a booking.
