Pricing, Delivery & Installation

All displayed prices are estimates and include standard installation and local delivery where applicable. Additional charges may apply for extended travel distances, complex installations, specialized equipment, or unusually demanding venue requirements.

Final pricing may vary based on design specifications, event location, accessibility, and installation requirements. Applicable taxes are additional. A personalized quote will be provided for approval before booking.

Reusable Equipment & Collection

Some installations may require reusable stands, frames, easels, or other equipment that remains the property of Arch & Array. Where reusable equipment is used, it must remain intact and available for collection. Collection arrangements will be coordinated with the client as needed.
