Website analytics

We measure page views, visited page paths, general referral sources and approximate visitor countries in our private website-management dashboard. Analytics do not store raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, query strings or form contents. A daily changing pseudonymous identifier estimates visitors. Tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Detailed traffic records are retained for up to 180 days.

Event inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, phone number, email address, event date, event location and message. You can also include service choices, a package estimate, a coupon code and inspiration photos. We use these details to review your event and respond with availability and next steps.

Inquiry details are also saved in a private website-management dashboard for the studio and its website manager. Attached photos remain in email and are not copied to that dashboard. Inquiry details and any attached photos are sent through Cloudflare’s email service to the studio’s designated email inbox. Only share photos and personal details you are comfortable sending to the studio, and avoid including unnecessary information about other people.

Welcome offer

The welcome-offer form collects your name and email address to notify the studio of your signup through Cloudflare’s email service. Your name, email and offer code are also saved in the private website-management dashboard. Your offer code is shown on the website after a successful signup; no customer email is sent. The form also explains that the studio may contact you about the offer.

To avoid sending duplicate signup notifications, the website keeps delivery outcomes, times and email-service message references linked to an identifier derived from your email address. These records are stored with Cloudflare and do not contain the message text or photos. They currently have no automatic expiry.

Choices saved in your browser

Your earned welcome-offer code, selected services and package items are saved on your device so you can return to them and include them in an inquiry. The website does not set an automatic expiry for these saved choices. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the locally saved information; it does not delete an inquiry already sent to the studio.

The browser also remembers when you dismiss the welcome offer for the current browsing session. Photo previews are shown locally while you complete the form; photos are sent with your inquiry when you submit it.

Security and website services

When verification is available, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals to help distinguish visitors from automated abuse. The website also uses your IP address and an identifier derived from your email address to limit repeated form submissions. If verification is unavailable, the forms cannot send; you can contact us directly instead.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and technical request and error logging. Website photos and videos load from Bunny.net, and some fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to these providers to display the site, which shares technical information such as your IP address. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own privacy practices apply.

Keeping and deleting your information

For inquiries that do not result in a booking, our policy is to keep inquiry emails and photos for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. We remove photos sooner when they are no longer needed.

For booked events, we keep only the records needed for the booking and accounting, and remove inspiration photos when they are no longer needed. The studio handles these reviews; the website does not automatically delete email records, attachments or dashboard submissions.

Email info@archandarray.com to request access, corrections or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you about an offer. The studio reviews deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained for a valid ongoing need or legal obligation; you can contact us to discuss your request.

Browser storage and email records are separate: changing a package or clearing your browser does not recall an email already sent to the studio.
